About Us

The 2022 NACE Convention is a hybrid event (in-person in Kansas City, MO.) and online to accommodate travel needs of all it’s participants. Unique tracks at the 2022 NACE Convention have been built for different types of attendees including members of NACE, non-members of NACE (institutions with esports programs looking to grow their knowledge, institutions exploring starting an esports program, and organizations looking to do business in collegiate esports), and students.

Yes! Historically our convention has included individuals from NACE member institutions, non-member institutions, students, businesses, and even just individuals interested in esports. Some sessions are restricted to just NACE members where we are working through legislation and elections but the majority of the convention is open to everyone.
The NACE 2022 National Convention will take place in Kansas City, Missouri, in-person, from July 20-22 at the Sheraton Kansas City Hotel at Crown Center:

If you are a staff member at a NACE member college or university you should register as a “member.” If you are a college student you should register as a “student.” If you are neither of these, please register as a “non-member.”
We developed tracks for each type of attendee based with the interests of the type of attendee in mind. Members are able to attend all member sessions, all non-member sessions, and all student sessions (unless it’s a restricted committee meeting.) Non-members are able to attend all non-member sessions and all student sessions. Students are able to attend all student sessions and non-member sessions.
Most of the sessions will be recorded for the purposes of streaming to our online attendees as well as giving attendees a chance to catch up on anything they may have missed. We do not record breakout room discussions or individual online conversations. Recorded sessions will only be made available to attendees and not the general public. If you have inquiries about a specific session, please contract info@nacesports.org.
